Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • Gordie and I first met as teenagers as members of DeMolay. At that time, we shared many good times together along with our DeMolay brothers. Gord had a great sense of humour but could also be counted to offer wisdom and common sense when needed. We lost touch for many years but spent some good time together in recent years having lunch together with other "old" members of DeMolay. The last time I saw him was when I was the presiding minister at Wayne Hudson's funeral about a year and a half ago. It saddens me to know that Gord too has left this world. I pray for him and all those who mourn his passing. May you be blessed with good memories and peace in your hearts. - Father Colin - Posted by: Colin (Friend) on: Jul 25, 2026

  • Deepest sympathies to Pearl and her family in the loss of your husband, father and grandfather. - Posted by: Theresa Hunter (Colleague of Pearl at Air Canada) on: Jul 25, 2026

  • Sorry to hear about Gord's passing. He was a nice man, taken too soon...proof that only the good die young. Our sympathy goes out to Pearl and the family. - Posted by: Jim & Alison Steele (Family friends) on: Jul 25, 2026
