LORRAINE CHLIBOYKO

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Lorraine Chliboyko announces her passing on Friday, July 17, 2026, at the Holy Family Nursing Home in Winnipeg, Manitoba, at the age of 91.

Lorraine will be lovingly remembered by her four siblings and her eight children: Tracy, Brad, Shelley (Jim), Jamie, Bev (Ted), Darlene (Ron), Jackie (Ken), and Glen (Darlene). Her beautiful legacy will live on through her 17 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at the Prince Edward Legion, 300 Trent Avenue. In honour of our mother, there will be plenty of Club beer and Charley Pride music played.

Our family extends our deepest gratitude to the staff on Unit 5A at the Holy Family Nursing Home. They treated our mother - and all of us - with the same love, respect, and kindness they would show their own family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lorraine's memory to the Lubov SSMI Foundation, which provides vital support to the Holy Family Nursing Home.
