OTTO KIRZINGER
With much sadness we announce the passing of Otto Kirzinger (92) on July 11, 2026. Otto was a caring, loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. Otto was born in Munich, Germany in 1933 and he immigrated to Canada in 1958 with his first wife, Kirsten Paulsen Jacobsen.
Otto's memory will be celebrated and cherished by his second loving wife Madeleine, daughter Kia, granddaughter Kira, granddaughter Kayla (Ryan) and great-grandson Otto, grandson Logan (Bethany) and great-granddaughters, Arlowe, Delilah and his two surviving siblings, Louise and Gertraud. Otto was predeceased by his first wife Kirsten, daughter Kim, son Derik, daughter-in-law Jan, many dear siblings and in-laws.
We will all miss your keen and subtle spirit, your delicious meals and loving care. You will always live in our hearts.
A Celebration of Life will be held on August 6, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Paul the Apostle Parish, 2400 Portage Avenue.
The family would like to thank all the family and friends for their love and support. Many thanks to the church, doctors, hospital staff and homecare workers for their care and support.
