LILLIAN MAY CANTAFIO

With heavy heart and enormous sadness, the family of Lillian May Cantafio wish to announce her passing on July 26, 2026, at the age of 95.

Mum was a fitness enthusiast who enjoyed curling, aquafit and golf. There certainly was a lot of excitement when she landed a Hole-in-One!! Mum loved to travel and she and dad journeyed to Italy, Portugal and Mexico among other places, enjoyed Caribbean Island cruise ship adventures, and toured as many golf courses as they could in the summer months. Mums was a life well lived, and she will be greatly missed.

Mum was predeceased by her loving husband Tony, to whom she was married for over 50 wonderful years; her sisters, Margaret (Leo), Shirley and Norma; sister-in-law Lucy (Johnny), and brothers-in-law, Joe (Louise), Till (Lucille), Sam and Peter.

Mum will be lovingly remembered by her son Robert of Toronto; daughter Susan (Martin) of Calgary; sisters-in-law, Kay (Bill), Louise (Joe); grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and her many, many dear friends.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
