Peter Neil McDougall passed away peacefully on July 27, 2026, at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg. His wife, Nancy, was at his side. He was 94.
As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. A family service to celebrate Peter’s life will be held at a later date.
