EDWARD ARTHUR CHRISP
Edward (Eddie) Chrisp of Lundar, MB passed away peacefully on July 30, 2026, at the age of 90.
Eddie was born on March 13, 1936, in Mulvihill, Manitoba. On May 9, 1959, he married the love of his life, Beverly, and together they built a life centered on family, hard work, and community.
He was predeceased by his beloved son Timmy; his parents, Joan and Edward Chrisp; in-laws Carl and Alice Schultz; and son-in-law, lan Hodgkinson.
Eddie was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife Beverly, his children Chrissie (Ross), Grant (Laurie), his grandchildren Carla (Thomas), Evan (Sherisse), his cherished great-grandchildren, Axel, Elie, Ivar, Orik, Jace, Arie, and Maci.
To all of us he was simply Old Papa. He taught us the value of family, hard work, kindness, and finding joy in life's simple moments. We wish we could have kept you with us forever, but we take comfort in knowing you have no more pain and are with our Timmy and other dear family members and friends.
Rest easy, Papa, until we meet again. You will be forever loved, forever missed, and forever in our hearts.
A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
