Kathleen "Kay" Smith passed away peacefully at Fairview Personal Care Home on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at the age of 90 years.
Kay will be lovingly remembered by her children, Kim (Mike) Rey and Kevin (Monica) Smith. Kay was predeceased by her husband Ken Smith and children, Kelvin Smith and Kathy Smitzniuk.
A memorial service will be held at Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Alexander Cemetery.
Donations in memory of Kay may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society. Complete obituary information to follow.
