It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Robert (Bob) Thiessen on August 5, 2026, at the age of 75.
Bob will be deeply missed by his wife, Charmaine; his children, Nicolas, Natalie, and Michelle; his mother, Louise; his brother, Michael; Michael’s wife, Jeri, and children, Kelly and Kyle; his sister, Sharon, and her husband, Barry; and Charmaine’s extended family, who he often spent time with at Falcon Lake.
Bob was a devoted husband and father with a wide array of interests and skills in technology, woodworking, science fiction, music, cycling, and more.
His Celebration of Life will take place on Monday, August 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Glen Lawn Funeral Home on 455 Lagimodiere Blvd.
