It is with great sadness we announce the peacful passing of John at Grace Hospital.
He is survived by his loving wife, Carol of 57 years and his beloved son Mark, as well as his large Scotia/Cape Breton family and Carol's sisters ad brother and their choldren.
Remember John as a proud Veterans Affairs, helping verterans.
John lived an adventurous life, in the military, broadcasting, international business and volunteer work, but to the very end, always saw himself as a simple Cape Breton farm boy.
In keeping with John's wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of his Life will be held st a later date.
