FRIEDA FLORENCE KLAPPRAT

(nee MIDDLESTEAD)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Frieda Florence Klapprat (nee Middlestead), beloved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She passed the evening of Saturday, August 8, 2026, at her residence of Park Manor Care Home at the age of 95.

Frieda was predeceased by her much-loved husband of 52 years, Harry; sisters, Edna (Emil), Myrtle (Mike), Martha (James); and brothers, Walter (Irene), Arthur (Claire) and George. She leaves to mourn her loss daughter Cheryl; son Duane; daughter-in-law Kathy; grandchildren, Brittney and Cody; brother Richard; sisters-in-law, Bernice Middlestead, Sharon Middlestead, Helen Klapprat and Malvinia Klapprat; as well as many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 21, 11:00 a.m., at Grace Lutheran Church, 211 Kimberly, with reception to follow. A private interment will take place at a later date.

Thank you to the staff of Concordia Hospital and Park Manor Care Home for their compassionate care.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
