It is with deep sadness the family of Aggie Hibbert shares that she has left us after a short but courageous battle with cancer. It is not surprising that mom has decided to go home to the love of her life, her beloved Glenn (Shack), who left us just a year ago. Mom is survived by her son Bill (Jeannette), daughter Leanne (Michael), grandchildren Bryna (Micheal), Alicia (Alden), Everette, Ren (Katelyn) and great grandsons Easton and Riley (Emily). Her sisters meant the world to her, and she will be deeply missed by Dodie, Eileen and Lucy as well as her many nieces and nephews. We cannot thank Dodie and Tanis enough for the hours they spent by mom’s bedside in her final days, offering comfort and many giggles. Our appreciation also goes to all those who stopped by lifting mom’s spirits on some tough days. Laughter was always the best medicine for mom. We know her spark has left an inextinguishable light in Pine Falls and in the hearts of her many lifelong friends.
Mom and our family received incredible, compassionate care at the Pinawa Hospital. Our love and appreciation to the doctors, nurses and staff.
We’ll always miss you Mom– but we promise to keep laughing. Your light will shine in our hearts forever.
According to Aggie’s wishes, she will be laid to rest in a small graveside service surrounded by close family. Our sincerest thanks to Kelly Sharpe for helping to send mom home.
