Edward Griffin passed away on Monday, August 17, 2026, at the age of 87 years at the Selkirk Hospital peacefully with his wife and daughter by his bedside.
He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Carol; daughter Kathleen, and grandchildren Crystal, Cliff, Tyler, Laura and Ryan. He was predeceased by his parents, Joe and Lydia; his only sibling, Gwen, and his daughter Kelly.
Ed was born in Dauphin, MB on December 2, 1938, and was educated there. After leaving school he worked for the Department of Highways, moving to many areas of the province, retiring after 40 years of service.
As per Ed’s wishes, no service will be held and flowers are gratefully declined.
