FR. PAUL BISSON

Fr. Paul Bisson of Russell, Manitoba, passed away at Russell Health Centre, Russell, Manitoba, on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at the age of 67 years.

Prayers will be said Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. from St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Russell, with Fr. Wayne Morrisey presiding.

The funeral mass will be held on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. from St. Augustine of Canterbury Roman Catholic Church, 327-4th Street, Brandon, Manitoba, with the Most Reverend Murray Chatlain, Archbishop of Winnipeg presiding. Interment to follow in Saint Felix de Valois Roman Catholic Cemetery, Dunrea.

If friends so desire, donations may be made to Community CancerCare, Russell or Catholic Foundation of Manitoba c/o Archdiocese of Winnipeg.
