It is with profound sadness that the family of Robert "Bob" Manhard announces his passing on August 20, 2026, at the age of 80.
Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on July 17, 1946, Bob spent his life devoted to the people he loved most. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished by his beloved wife of 46 years, Denise (Couture) Manhard; his sons, Jason (Connie) Manhard and Matt (Angela) Manhard; his brothers, George (Fran) Manhard and Russell Manhard; his grandchildren, Alysia (Levi), Eric, Dean, Kevin, and Ryan; and his great-grandchildren, Jacob and Hayden; nephews, Christopher (Colleen) and Ian Manhard.
Though his passing leaves an immeasurable void in the hearts of those who loved him, his legacy of love, humility, and devotion will live on through the family he so deeply cherished.
Bob will be remembered always and missed beyond words.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Lawn Funeral Home. Family and friends are welcome to attend and celebrate Bob's life.
A private family interment ceremony will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2026. The family requests privacy as they gather together to honour Bob's memory and say their final goodbyes.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Stroke Recovery of Manitoba in memory of Bob Manhard.
