Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • I just found out about the passing of auntie, she will be missed dearly! All of out talks, laughter and wisdom may she rest in peace in heaven. - Posted by: Lorraine Lazar (niece) on: Oct 15, 2026

  • My family and I wish to extend our deepest condolences to Ida's family on her passing. I knew Ida for many years as she and her husband, Norm, had purchased our old home in the late sixties; thus we became next door neighbours. We both had three small children and as they grew up, often playing together, we developed a great friendship. Ida and I used to enjoy our get-togethers for coffee or a few glasses of wine. Her sister, Laura, joined us on several occasions and I cherish all those memories of our enjoyable times together. Ida trained to be a nurse while her children were still very young. Trying to juggle her training while raising her family could not have been easy; but she achieved her goal! Ida's kind and compassionate nature made her a perfect nurse. Ida, I shall never forget you my friend. My hope is that you and Laura continue to enjoy a few glasses of wine in Heaven! - Posted by: Bernice Saltel (Friend) on: Oct 09, 2026
