Gail Helen Whitecloud (nee Kulbacki) passed away peacefully with family by her side at Assiniboine Centre, Palliative Care Unit, on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at the age of 68 years. Gail was born on November 8, 1958, in Neepawa, MB. She was a very energetic person who loved cooking, decorating, celebrating the holidays, and gardening.
Gail will be lovingly remembered by her mother Francis Kulbacki; sisters, Debbie Webb, Lori Pankratz, and Jacquline Downs; her son Babe (BJ) Kulbacki; grandsons, Gabriel and Isaac Kulbacki; and husband Ken Whitecloud. She was predeceased by her father Alvin Kulbacki; brothers, Warren and Garry Kulbacki; and son Tyler Whitecloud. As per Gail’s wishes no service will be held.
