It is with profound sadness that the family of Gerry Carriere announces his passing on August 22, 2026, in Calgary, AB, at the age of 87 years.
Gerry was the son of Joseph and Exilda and was raised on the family farm in St-Pierre-Jolys, MB. He lived in Winnipeg, Calgary, Red Deer, and Kelowna with his wife Rita and their children.
Gerry is survived by his children, Mariette (Trent), Gilles, and Jocelyne; six grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters, all of Calgary, AB.
There will be a service on September 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Eden Brook Funeral Home & Reception Centre, Calgary, AB. A livestream link will be provided on the day of the service.
