MARJORIE JOHNSTON
On September 27, 2026, Marjorie passed away peacefully at age 92 after a brief illness.
She was born January 4, 1934, in Stonewall and lived most of her life in Winnipeg. She is survived by her sister Heather; sons Brian (Vida), Jim (Leslie) and Shawn (Shirley); grandchildren, Douglas, Daniel (Jen), Sarah (Bob), Troy (Amanda) and Meghan (Jacob); and great-grandchildren, Emily, Brock, Levi, Archie and Mollie. She was predeceased by her husband William Johnston, sons Craig Reader and Tim Reader and sister Jean Lackey.
No public service will be held. A private family memorial will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family requests any memorial contributions to CancerCare Manitoba.
