RON NICE
Ron Nice, of Winnipeg Manitoba, died of cancer at the Riverview Hospital on September 26, 2026.
He was born in Winnipeg to William and Ann Nice and was a proud son of a Second World War veteran. Growing up in Fort Rouge, Ron was educated at Lord Roberts, then Churchill High School before becoming a devoted and important employee of the Eaton company. Ron always loved and took pride in the work he did.
Ron loved and valued his departed wife Karry, his many friends and loved and enjoyed spending time with his son.
Ron was predeceased by Karry and is survived by son Glenn (Edith) and sister Heather (Grant) Walchuk.
A graveside service will be held October 19, 12:30 pm at Chapel Lawn Cemetery, 4000 Portage Avenue.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Winnipeg Human Society or CancerCare Manitoba.
