Brent Linley Borgfjord, 64, of Arborg and Stony Mountain, Manitoba sadly passed away on October 3, 2026, after a lengthy battle with Brain Cancer.
Brent was born to Bjorg (née Sigurdson) and Arni Borgfjord on November 3, 1961, in Arborg. He spent 35 years working as a sprinkler fitter, and a lifetime as a third generation farmer.
Brent is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Karen and their children, Amy (Mike Allison), Ashley, Stefan, and Katie (Ethan Toews), and grandchildren, Luke, Jack, Ayla, Milo, Theo and Grady.
His presence will be deeply missed, but his legacy will continue in the family he loved, the land he worked, the things he built, and the stories that will continue to be told for years to come.
Please join us in celebrating Brent’s life on Thursday, October 15 at 2:00 pm at the Arborg Community Centre.
