Lydia passed away peacefully at Riverview Health Centre on Sunday, October 4, 2026.
Lydia was born in Berlin, Germany, on May 7, 1947. Lydia and her parents immigrated to Canada in 1954.
Lydia was predeceased by her parents Henry and Hilda.
As per her wishes, Lydia was cremated and a service will be held on Thursday, October 22, at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. Refreshments will be served.

On Sunday, October 4, 2026, Lydia passed away peacefully at Riverview Health Centre.
As per her wishes, cremation has taken place and a service and interment will take place at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue, on October 22 at 2:00 p.m. Refreshments will be provided.
