• Dear Gord , Shauna and extended family I was sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. I have enjoyed seeing her at Zeta events when back in Winnipeg over the years and grateful to have worked with her for years at HSC. She had a remarkable life and her contributions to her profession were numerous. She will be fondly remembered. • We had the pleasure of working with Marianne in the 1980's at HSC when she was Director of Dietetics, Richard had many interractions as the Planning Dept. Project Officer for Dietary and Karen, as Educational Asst. In Dietary. Marianne was always prepared, always organized, virtually unflappable - not surprising, given her skill at successfully balancing home and worklife. Thanks to family for the very full description of Marianne's life. We were aware of the story of Marianne's pregnancy and labour during her internship - the lore was almost part of orientation and motivation for new interns. We will remember her great smile, great laugh, and the support she gave to her employees.
