ABRAHAM TAN VISPERAS

Passed on October 7, 2026, at the age of 34.
Abraham was a sweet, generous, and brilliant young man. A natural problem solver, he earned qualifications in Network Security and Information Assurance and worked proudly for Amazon Canada since 2021. Abraham was often quiet; those who knew him best knew the depth of his fun-loving, artistic, and vibrant spirit. He loved manga, video games, and riding his bike through nature at parks within and outside the city.
He is forever cherished by his parents Ernesto and Elizabeth, his sister Ava, and is deeply missed by his friends and colleagues.
A viewing will be held at Glen Lawn Funeral Home & Cemetery (455 Lagimodiere Blvd, Winnipeg), on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 2:00-5:00 p.m. with a short prayer service. Cremation will take place the next day. Guests are kindly asked to wear white attire if possible, or dark-coloured clothing. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

  • So shocking of the news that Ram (as we call him) passed away. He grew up with my kids. A very quiet although funny at times. Our heartfelt sympathy to Ram’s family, parents Ernie and Beth and sister Ann. We will remember him for the good memories in the past.
