With broken hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Girard. Left to cherish his memory are his mom Marcie, sister Cindy, niece Jennah, nephew Gerald and his brother Gerry.
He was predeceased by his caring dad Gabriel. His friends helped him so very much.
Glen Lawn Funeral Home are in care of his final arrangement.

Rob and his brother and sister all grew up in the same neighborhood and have known them since elementary school. Rob hung out more with my older brother, but we still shared many moments together. From playing "spongie" at Winakwa and his whicked slap shot, delivering papers for the Free Press in district 1 downtown, and numerous fishing trips, Rob always loved to laugh and have fun. Taking me for my first ever ride on a street bike on his KZ650 ignited my passion for street bikes and I still ride to this day. We touched base on social media once in a while, and he would still make a point of getting together with my brother from time to time throughout the years.
