Agatha Thiessen, 91, of Winnipeg, Manitoba, passed peacefully on October 7, 2026.
She is survived by her brother Edward (Pat); sister Ann (Helmuth Renz). Predeceased by her parents, Cornelius and Agatha Thiessen; niece Karen Thiessen; nephews, Chester Thiessen and Ronald Renz.
A funeral service will be held at Green Acres Funeral Home on Friday, October 23, viewing at 1:00 pm, formal service will start at 2:00 pm with reception to follow.

Aunty Agatha was truly one of the most kindest, patient, giving, and loving person you could meet. She was always warm and welcoming, provided us with her famous cabbage borscht, mouse soup and the coldest milk in a bag that you could ever drink. My brother and I visited her with my dad every second Wednesday throughout our childhood. She tended to us like a mother. I have nothing but wonderful memories of her.
