Surrounded by love and family, Helen Lount passed away peacefully on October 24, 2026 at Saint Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg.
She had a brilliant mind and a keen interest in anthropology, politics, art, and fashion. Her ability to tell a story was unmatched, and her sense of humour was sharp as a tack. She always had a soft spot in her heart for rebels, and was generous and non-judgemental. Her laughter and love will be missed terribly by her family and friends.

A celebration of her life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 31, 2026, at the First Unitarian Universalist Church (603 Wellington Crescent, Winnipeg).
