It is with heavy hearts the family announces the sudden passing of our beloved son, brother and friend, Joel Duncan, on Thursday, October 22, 2026.
Joel is survived by his parents, Carla and Harold Duncan; along with his siblings, Nathan, Jeff (Nadine) and Carlene (Robert); and long-time partner Amber Jolly; as well as nephews and nieces, Tyler, Cooper, Parker, Kolton, Michaela, Tallyssa.
A celebration of Joel's life will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union 254 Hall at 20 Dunlop Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
