Bid passed away peacefully at home on Monday, October 26, 2026. She lived and died the way she wanted.
Bid was an amazing person who had a profound impact on many of us who knew her. She was adventurous, determined, entertaining, brilliant, generous, caring, funny, and straightforward. Polio didn't deter her from living to 100 and accomplishing great things along the way. She will be missed and always loved.
A celebration of Bid's life will be held next spring, likely in May, and it will be a party as lively as she was.
