LILA ISOBELL CLAPSON Mrs. Lila Isobell Clapson passed away at the Rockyview General Hospital on September 5, 1999 at the age of 78 years. Lila was born in Calgary and lived in Vancouver, Camrose and Winnipeg for 32 years before returning to Calgary. During those years she became a war widow, Frank L. Evans, remarried, Gordon Clapson and had four children, Barrie, Sherry, Terry and Judy Lynn. Lila was grandmother to Robbie, Amber, Dawnsun and Travis and great-grandmother to Alex. She was predeceased by her husband Gordon; her youngest daughter Judy Lynn; her sister Dorothy and two brothers, Tommy and Clarence. Lila will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all those who knew and worked with her over the years at Bethania Personal Care in Winnipeg and her new friends at the Westview. Funeral Services will be held at MCINNIS & HOLLOWAYS "Park Memorial Chapel", (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Thursday, September 9 at 3:00 p.m. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Canadian Cancer Society, 215-12th Avenue S.E., Calgary, AB, T2G 1A2.
