MARCIA YOLANDA HARDING (nee KOOPER) It is with sorrow and sadness that the Harding the Kooper families announce the passing of Marcia Yolanda Harding, loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, auntie. Marcia was predeceased by her mother-in-law Lois. Marcia is survived by her loving husband of 10 years, Chris; her children, Samantha and Cameron; her parents, John and Susan and her brothers, Gordon and Wayne. Marcia was also survived by father-in-law Al (Evelyn) brothers-in-law, Mike (Linda), Doug (Kim), Greg (Aline), sister-in-law Lori (Duane), and many nieces and nephews. In Ontario, Uncle Riekus (Truus) cousins, Ted (Denise), Ken (Sylvie) also aunts and uncles in the Netherlands; as well as cousins. Marcia was born on Fathers Day, Sunday, June 18, 1961 at the Misericordia Hospital, raised and educated in Transcona, where she resided for her 38 years. For the past 18 years Marcia was employed at United Grain Growers, where she worked in the Grain Accounting Department. She will be missed deeply by her co-workers and her many friends. Marcia enjoyed and loved her home life, as well as many weekends and summer holidays spent at the family cottage at Bel-Air Beach. Marcia will be sadly missed by daughter Samantha, and son Cameron, who without a doubt were the brightest stars in her life here on earth. Service and reception will be held on Thursday, September 9 at 2:00 p.m. at Springs of Living Water Church, 595 Lagimodiere Blvd., Winnipeg, MB Canada R2J 3X2. Interment will be held at a later date with only immediate family present. The families wish to thank the nurses and staff on Ward GD6 and H7 at the Health Sciences Centre for their care and support that they extended towards Marcia. In lieu of flowers, those who wish to donate to an Educational Trust Fund for Samantha and Cameron, may do so at the CIBC, Crossroads Shopping Centre, 1586 Regent Ave., W., Winnipeg, MB R2C 3B4.
