MARIE ROSE GIROUARD (nee CADIEUX) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marie Rose on September 10, 1999 at Tache Centre. Predeceased by her husband Arthur in 1977, Marie is survived by her children, Rita (Bob Hayward), Maurice, Denis (Monica), Phillip (Line) and Roland (Marlene) 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She also leaves her sisters, Alma Lord and Gisele Guenette. Born in Letellier, Marie moved to St. Norbert where she married and raised her children. She spent her retirement years at Columbus Manor, Accueil Colombien and Tache Centre. Our mother was an inspiration to us all. She was always there when we needed her. She was a loving and caring person. Mom was open minded and ahead of her time and will be missed by all. The family wish to express their sincere gratitude to the staff of 3DE at Tache Centre for their compassionate care. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 14 at the St. Boniface Cathedral, with Msgr. Albert Frechette presiding. A private family interment of cremated remains will take place at the St. Norbert Cemetery at a later date.
