HARVEY WILLIAM BASLER 1940 - 1999 On Monday, September 13, 1999 at his home, Harvey William Basler, age 59 years, of Morden, went to his eternal rest. Harvey worked with MTS for 35 years and was the central office man in Morden for many years. He leaves to mourn his passing his beloved wife Carol (nee Rumak) one daughter Donelda Basler of Minneapolis, Minn.; one son Kerwin Basler and fiancee Tracy Fehr of Morden, MB; two grandchildren, Desirae and Shaeden; one brother Clare of Cambridge Bay; sister-in-law Claudia Basler of Burlington; nephews, Chuck and Bo and mother-in-law Jennie Rumak of Erickson, MB. He was predeceased by one son Blake Basler in 1969; his parents, Nelson and Minn Basler (Rapid City) and father-in-law Mike Rumak. Cremation has taken place. Private graveside service was held at Rapid City Cemetery. Friends are invited to a reception at the family home on Saturday, September 18 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 229 4th St. Morden, MB.
