GRACE ESTHER GEORGE (MACPHERSON) With sadness we announce the passing of Grace George on September 12, 1999. She loved life and was a fiercely independent and strong person though small in stature. Her care for others and the beautiful music she was able to create will leave family and friends with many cherished memories. Grace entertained on the organ at Elletts restaurant for a number of years and then taught numerous piano students. She was predeceased by her beloved and always missed husband Ronald in 1964; parents, George and Augusta Macpherson; sister Marjorie; brothers, Donald, Allan and wife Martha and Roderick; Rons sister Jean and husband Jack Cummings and his twin Donald and wife Betty George and cousin Ruths husband Cam McKinnon. She is lovingly remembered and will be greatly missed by daughter Wendy and husband David Paton of Kenora, ON; granddaughters, Nancy, Erin (Jamie Harris) and Margret; sister-in-law Sylvia Macpherson (Rods wife) brothers-in-law, Perry and wife Flo George, Harry and wife Louise George; cousin Ruth McKinnon; nieces, Connie (Bill) Grant, Bonnie Macpherson and her children, Robert and Catherine. Graveside service will be held at Hillside Cemetery, Morden, Manitoba, September 21 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity of your choice. &I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith& 2Timothy 4:7 Graces faith sustained her through many hardships.
