HOWARD ALEX JOSEPH It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Howard Alex Joseph, aged 69 years, on Wednesday, September 15, 1999. He leaves to mourn his beloved wife Irene; daughters, Barbara (Randy) Brown, Ivy Joseph (Doug Wright), Laurie (Melton) McKiver, Robin (Ray) Joss, Denise (Kevin) Franco and Pam Joseph (Craig Prudhomme) sons, Howard, Lorne (Samantha), Randy (Beverley), Jeff (Diane) brother Clifford (Mary), sister Shirley (Bill) Lekei. He also leaves 18 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Howard also leaves to mourn Max, Bobbie and Darryl whom were very dear to him. He was predeceased by his infant son Robert Nicholas; his father Nicholas (1957), mother Elizabeth (1974) and his sister Ivy (1992). He was born and raised at Victoria Beach. He worked at various jobs in his early years, and was employed by the R.M. of Victoria Beach for most of his working life until he was stricken by Multiple Sclerosis in 1972. He loved horses as a youngster and enjoyed playing his guitar. He also loved fishing and was a great outdoor person. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Monday, September 20 at 2:00 p.m. in the St. Micheals Church, Victoria Beach, MB. Interment to follow in the Victoria Beach Community Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, 4th Floor - 141 Bannatyne Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3B 0R3. God seen you into the world. God will see you out. You will be sadly missed - may you rest in peace. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thanks to the staff of Tudor House, Selkirk for their care and compassion during Howards stay.
