Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLEONARD WILLIAM SIMPSON On Saturday, September 18, 1999 at the Convalescent Home of Winnipeg, Len Simpson passed away at the age of 98 years. Len was the son of John and Lizzie Simpson and was one of five children: Janet, Roy, Robert and Kathleen. He was predeceased by his wife Isabelle and daughter Diane. He is survived by his grandchildren, Nicole and Neil Oryniak and three great-grandchildren, son-in-law Les Oryniak as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Len was a life member of the Thistle Curling Club and Masonic Lodge. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and the proud owner of Western Engraving for many decades. Len enjoyed over 50 years at the cottage at Falcon Lake. Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 21 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
