Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALEXANDER ROY MCCALLUM February 14, 1936 September 17, 1999 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, uncle and friend, Alex on Friday, September 17, 1999. He left us suddenly at his piece of heaven, Tin Town. Alex was born and raised in Winnipegs West End. Jointly with his wife, Joan they started Mallard Office Furniture, where they worked side by side for 21 years. He retired in 1994 and has enjoyed life to the fullest each and every day with his family and friends. Alex belonged to Sons of Scotland (Rob Roy Camp), his Wednesday night crazy group and A&W Coffee Pals. He loved going to Tin Town to relax and hunt. Alex is survived by Joan, his wife of 38 years; daughters, Kathy (Connie), Donna (David) sisters, Shirley (Ron), Betty (Russ) many nieces and nephews and his constant companion wee Duchess, all of whom he loved dearly. Memorial service celebrating Alexs life will be held at Neil Bardal Inc., 984 Portage Ave. at Aubrey Street, on Wednesday, September 22 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation, 301-352 Donald St., Winnipeg, R3B 2H8, would be greatly appreciated. Grandpa, you will be a guardian angel to us all. NEIL BARDAL INC. 949-2200
