MARGARET FRANCIS PETTIGREW (nee PRESLEY) Peacefully, on Monday, September 20, 1999, at the St. Boniface Hospital, Mom passed away at the age of 77 years with her family members by her side. She was predeceased by her husband Ernie in 1979. She was also predeceased by two brothers, two sisters and one grandson. Mom will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Betty (David), son Bill (Carol), daughter Melaine (Steve) and grandchildren, Melody (Lorry), Brad, Caedin, Tracy (John) her great-grandchildren, Amber, Matthew, Chelsea. Mom is survived by her sisters, Connie (Herb), Joan, Elaine, brothers, Curt, Elgin (Mary) as well as many nieces and nephews. Mom was a loving, generous woman whose greatest joy was her children. Mom will be remembered for the love, courage and strength she gave to her family. You will be remembered. We love you Mom. Service will be held on Thursday, September 23 at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. at Luxton Ave. Viewing will be one-half hour prior to the service. Service will terminate at the Chapel. Cremation will take place and a private family inurnment will take place at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens at a later date.
