JAMES FREDERICK REDGWELL Jim Redgwell died suddenly on September 18, 1999 while visiting in Cranbrook, BC. He was born in Donoka, AB in 1934, was educated in Winnipeg, earning a B.A. from United College (U. of W.) in 1954, and an LL.B. from the University of Manitoba in 1958. Jim is survived by his wife Janet; daughter Elaine and husband Peter Sandberg, daughter Catherine and husband Steve Weatherill, brother Dave and sister-in-law Lois Scott. Jims working life included a number of years with the Law Department of Canadian National Railways in Winnipeg, Edmonton and Vancouver. When he returned to Winnipeg in 1970, he joined the Attorney Generals Department of Manitoba Government. Upon retirement, Jim spent a number of enjoyable years in Teulon tending his very special hobby farm. Cremation has taken place and a private service has been held. Flowers gratefully declined, but for those who wish, donations may be made to The Winnipeg Humane Society, 5 Kent Rd., Winnipeg, MB R2L 1X3. Rest peacefully dear Jim, you will be sadly missed by your family.
