ROMANO BIANCHINI Peacefully, on Monday, September 20, 1999 at his residence in Thompson, Manitoba, Mr Romano Palma Bianchini, aged 64 years. Prayers will be held Wednesday, September 22, at 8:15 pm at St. Lawrence R.C. Church, 114 Cree Road. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 23, at 10:00 am also in St. Lawrence Church with Father L. Alarie officiating. Interment to take place in Italy. Romano came to Canada from Italy in 1956. He started his business Bianchini Construction in 1961 which is still an ongoing success. Aside from enjoying many business ventures, he was an avid fisherman and hunter, was a kind, thoughtful man, and enjoying the time he spent with his family and friends. He will be missed and remembered by many. Romano leaves to mourn his passing his wife Lucia; son Paolo (Alexendra) daughter Gabriella; grandson Lorenzo, brother Tony (Bruna), sisters Ana (Enrico) and Lorenza (Rameri). Plus numerous relatives and friends in Italy and Canada. He was predeceased by his son Peter and his parents, Pietro and Palmira Bianchini. Pallbearers will be Paolo Bianchini, Tony Bianchini, Enrico Stefanutto, Florian Pachniosky, Nick Divirgilio, and Ed Radwanski. Honorary pallbearers are Abilio Cruz and Tony Marques.
