JOSEPH WALTER NAWORYNSKI Suddenly on Saturday, September 18, 1999, Joseph, beloved husband and father passed away at 51 years of age. Joe is survived by his loving wife Gina and son Allan; mother Mary; sister Elsie (Joe) Grzenda; brothers, Ken (Pat) and their family; (Godson) Jeff (Rosalie) and P.J. (friend Sari), Gordon (Marianne) and daughter Andrea (Jeremy) Giesbrecht and their son; in-laws, Bob and Sally Regula, their children, Lawrence (Sheila) and their family, Sharon (Harvey) Ostrowski and their family, Jim and Mil Schultz and their son Jason. He was predeceased by his father Walter in 1960 and his sister Adeline in 1998. Joe was born December 29, 1947 at Winnipeg Beach, MB. In 1965 he ventured to Toronto and soon began his 31 year career with C.N. Railway. In 1973 he moved back to Winnipeg and in 1974 he returned to C.N. He was a 3rd degree Knights of Columbus and volunteered with St. John Ambulance for numerous years. Joe was a kind, loving man who will be sadly missed by family, friends and co-workers. Funeral Mass for Joseph will be celebrated on Friday, September 24 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, 505 Brewster Street with Rev. Fr. Lucien Roy presiding. Interment will follow in Transcona Cemetery. Donations, if so desired, may be made in Joes memory to the Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation, 301-352 Donald St., Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3B 2H8.
