EVELYN FIELDHOUSE (nee BANNON) Passed away peacefully on September 26, 1999, at MSA General Hospital, Abbotsford, B.C. at the age of 74 years after a courageous fight against cancer. Evelyn is survived by her loving husband Alan; daughter Mary (Paul) grandchildren, Amber and Julie; sister Mabel (Grant) sister Vi (Joe) brother Frank and many nieces and nephews. Service will be held in Abbotsford, B.C. on October 2. Evelyns kindness and love will be missed greatly. God saw you getting tired When a cure was not to be So he closed his arms around you And whispered, Come to Me You didnt deserve what you went through And so he gave you rest Gods garden must be beautiful He only takes the best. And when he saw you sleeping So peaceful and free from pain We could not wish you back To suffer that again. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Evelyns memory to the Cancer Society.
