Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM FRANK FRANCIS LIVINGSTON With deepest sorrow, the family wishes to announce the passing of William Frank Francis Livingston on Tuesday, September 28, 1999. Frank was predeceased by his wife Vivian in 1962. He is survived by his sisters, Iris and Shirley and brother, Harry. He is lovingly remembered and will be sadly missed by his daughters, Carole and Grace; son Sheldon and his wife Jean; and his grandchildren, David and Murray Livingston; Virginia, Jennifer, Catherine and Richard Tattersall. Born on July 22, 1917, Frank farmed with his family in Swan River, Manitoba prior to settling in Winnipeg. A Second World War Veteran, Frank was a member of the St. James Legion. In his retirement he enjoyed gardening and spending time with his family. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 2, 1999 at 4:00 p.m. at Neil Bardal Inc., 984 Portage Ave., entrance on Aubrey Street. The family would like to express heartfelt gratitude to the staff at the Intensive Care Unit at St. Boniface Hospital who were supportive and caring during Franks illness.
