ALEXANDER DAVIDSON (SANDY) STRACHAN Alexander Davidson (Sandy) Strachan passed away at home on September 26, 1999 at the age of 73 years. Sandy is survived by his son Ed (Mary Ann) daughters, Jean and Laurie (Greg) Houston all of Calgary; as well as by his grandchildren, Nicole, Sarah, Brett, Meghan, Kassandra, Cameron and Joel. Sandy is also survived by his brother Charlie (Joan) Strachan of Kenora, ON. He was predeceased by his parents, Alexander and Helen, brother Edward and sister Helen. A Memorial Service was held at Fosters Garden Chapel Funeral Home, 3220-4th St. N.W. (directly opposite the main entrance to Queens Park Cemetery) on Thursday, September 30 at 3:00 p.m. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to Calgary Health Trust Unit 24 c/o Foothills Hospital, 1403-29th St. N.W., Calgary, AB, T2N 2T9.
