MABEL OLGA FRASER (nee KOWALCHUK) Mabel Fraser, beloved daughter of Mary Kowalchuk, passed away on Monday, September 27, 1999. She was predeceased by her father John Kowalchuk; brother Bill Kane and sister Anne Prymak. She is survived by her husband Neil; children, Ken (Karen), Bob (Debbie), Diane (Larry), Brian (Rose) and Tom; seven grandchildren; sisters, Helen of Vancouver and Angie of Winnipeg. Mabel was a kind and generous person with a keen sense of humour and a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of the U.C.W.L. and helped others by volunteering her time to the church. Cremation has taken place and a private memorial service was held on Thursday, September 30 at the St. Josephs Ukrainian Catholic Church with Fr. John Pazak, C.Ss.R. officiating. Honourary pallbearers were Mike Moroz and Laura Doherty. Special thanks to Dr. Mateo Pierotic, nurses and staff of WRS 5.
