MARJORIE PHYLLIS HAMILTON (nee HARFIELD) Marjorie Hamilton passed away on September 28, 1999 at Gimli, at the age of 86 years. She was predeceased by her parents, Leonard and Margaret Harfield, and her beloved husband Robert Hamilton. She will be lovingly remembered by her friends in Winnipeg and Gimli. Marjorie was born in Westmount Montreal and moved to Winnipeg at a young age. She worked for many years for Johnson Hutchinson, Jewelers. Although Winnipeg was her principle residence, Marjorie spent a great deal of time in Gimli, which she loved, and in 1994 she moved into the Betel Home, where she passed away. Marjorie would wish to thank the staff at the Betel Home for their years of care and comfort. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will take place on Monday, October 4 at 2:00 p.m., the Brookside Cemetery, Winnipeg, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk, MB in care of arrangements.
