JOSEPH PAUL RICHARD Suddenly on Thursday, September 30, 1999, Pally passed away at the age of 78 years. He leaves to mourn his beloved wife, Alma, of 51 years; his children, Henry (Donna), Don (Mildred), Elsie (Roy), Doreen, Shirley (Cliff) and Chris. There are 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Pally enjoyed a full life with his family and friends and lived to the fullest. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and sports. He was predeceased by 10 brothers and sisters and his mother and father. He was in active service overseas for five years. Upon his return he was employed with C.N.R. and lived in Steep Rock until his retirement. At the time of his passing Alma and Paul resided in Teulon, where he enjoyed his gardening and many flower beds. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Prayers will be said on Sunday, October 3 at 7:30 p.m. in the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Teulon. Prayers and viewing will be held on Monday, October 4 at 1:30 p.m. in the St. Laurent Roman Catholic Church, to be followed by a Funeral Mass at 2:00 p.m., Rev. Fr. I. Blanchette O.M.I. will officiate. Interment to follow in the Notre Dame Cemetery, Oak Point, Manitoba. Pallbearers will be Albert Richard, Alex Richard, William Chartrand, Ben Deloronde, Abby Rudolph and Elie Richard. Honorary pallbearers will be his grandsons, Kevin, Calvin, Wade, Darryl, Justin and Cory. MacKenzie Funeral home, Teulon in care of arrangements.
