DORIS KAVITCH (nee ZONCO) It is with sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Doris Kavitch on October 1, 1999. She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her sons Randy, Jack (Delores), Danny (Priscilla) from California; her grandchildren Darren, Kristin, Kevin and Sean; sisters Vera Zonco, Nellie Yosyk, Irene Ireland, plus numerous nieces and nephews. Doris was predeceased by her husband John in 1989; sisters Mary Weber, Lee Holiday and Kay Smith and brothers Steve, Bill and Jake. The family would like to express thanks to the staff on Ward 2 at Concordia Hospital, especially nurse Irma for the utmost care and compassion shown to Mom and family. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the staff at Park Manor, for their many years of kindness and care given to Mom. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held in Moms memory on Wednesday, October 6 at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Flowers gratefully declined, if one so desires, donations may be made in Doriss memory to Park Manor Nursing Home, 301 Redonda St., R2C 1L7.
