ANNIE ROY (NAN) PATON On October 3, 1999 at the Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg, Nan Paton passed away at the age of 97 years. Born October 29, 1901 in Saltcoats, Ayrshire, Scotland, Nan immigrated to Canada in her early 20s. Nan is survived by her daughter Phyllis Fuller; granddaughters, Judy Haynes, Linda (Doug) Baker and great-grandson Michael Haynes. She was predeceased by her husband Jim (Scotty) grandson Jim Cooke and son-in-law Reg Fuller. Nan was a charter member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 23 and a member of the Fort Garry Chapter Order of the Eastern Star. The family wishes to thank everyone at Middlechurch for the care and kindness given to Nan over the past nine years. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 6 at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook St., with Rev. Charles Walton officiating. Interment Brookside Cemetery.
