BARBARA WAZNEY Suddenly, on Friday, October 1, 1999, Barbara Wazney, aged 65 years passed away at her residence. She is survived by her sons, Ed (Lisa), and Ron; and loving granddaughter Jess; also her dear special friend Clifford; three sisters, Alice, Ethel and Verna; also several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Edward in 1995; her parents, Robert and Maude. Barb was a mother to everyone in the neighborhood. She was always there. She was a 100%. She loved her trailer at Grand Beach where many summers were spent with her sons, Ronnie and Eddie, whom she loved dearly. Barb loved children, her granddaughter Jess being the light of her life. She was an icon in the neighbourhood and will be sadly missed by all. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations in Barbs memory may be made to the Manitoba Heart & Stroke Foundation, 301-352 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3B 2H8. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 7 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. at Luxton Ave., with Msgr. Maurice Comeault officiating. Service will terminate at the Chapel with cremation to follow. Rest in peace, Mom, we love you Cropo Funeral Chapel, in care of arrangements 586-8044.
