JOHN CAPRI Suddenly on Tuesday, October 5, 1999 John Capri passed away at home. Predeceased by his wife Una; parents Antonio and Marie Capri and brothers, Victor and Louie. John leaves to mourn him, his sisters, Millie Wildeman, Vera Gunn and Angela Syrota and brother Ernest Capri (June) and numerous nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his special friend Betty. John served overseas with the army regiment number H-101216 during the Second World War. On his return, he was employed by Western Gypsum til his retirement in 1976. The family would like to thank Betty and family, Donna Laliberte and Ralph and Dana Gunn for their considerate care in the last few months. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 12 at 11:00 a.m. at Thomson Funeral Chapel, 669 Broadway. Interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery. Should friends so desire, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Society of Manitoba.
